🏆 The past 30 years of my life, the most important discoveries I've made were discovering principles that help me stay aligned with the kind of life I want to live.
👀 be curious, not judgmental. Curiosity is the biggest factor that pushes me to rethink what I know, what I don't know, and embrace that I may be wrong. It begins with acceptance which provides the freedom and humility to stay curious. Curiosity is what makes our lives an adventure, full of discovery. It's what makes us alive.

🙌🏽 build community – we are social creatures and the biggest factor to increased life expectancy is strong social connections. In this ever-crowded world, we strive for belonging. In the past few centuries, with the rise of capitalism, we've been pressured to think as individuals & focus on ourselves. Yet I have trouble remembering any moment of true happiness that didn't involve a loved one around me.
